At 01:59 hours Talleyville (Rescue 25) was alerted along with Medic 4, and Trooper4 to an MVC with entrapment on Ramsey rd, in the area of Creek rd. A-25 went onscene with a truck approximately 20 feet off the roadway with 1 patient, heavy entrapment, also advising incoming units of poles and wires down in the roadway. Rescue 25 was on scene and immediately went to work trying to free the heavily trapped patient. Deputy 25 established the Talleyville Command. Hydraulic cutters and spreaders were used to remove the door and roof and a hydraulic ram was used to lift the dash to free the patient’s legs. The patient was extricated and transported to Trooper 4 waiting in the field on Ramsey road. Trooper 4 transported one ALS Trauma Alert to CER and B-16 transported 1 BLS patient to CER.
