Talleyville's Newest Heroe's Program recipient for 2018

Today. The Talleyville Fire Co. in conjunction with the Ronald McDonald House celebrated it's newest hero selected by it's Heroe's Program. Our newest recipient is Bryan Montesinos-Esparza. Bryan's day began with a ride to the fire station on a fire engine. He was then treated to a tour of the fire station and all of our apparatus by the membership and then served lunch. Bryan would also receive a real fire helmet along with his own badge, shirt and hat to commemorate his special day. Congratulations Bryan !

MVC w/Entrapment - Rt 141 Spur @ Childrens Dr.

On Wednesday April 18th at 1512 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC with a reported subject not alert. 256, BLS and ALS made that response. On arrival Command reported entrapment. Trooper 4 also responded.

Assist Claymont - Working Structure Fire

At 0720 hours on Sunday April 15th Talleyville was dispatched to assist Claymont at 1206 Melontree Court in Stoneybrook Apartments for a report of smoke coming from the second floor of a house.

MVC - Subject Not Alert

@ approx 20:55 Hrs Talleyville was dispatched to 201 Murphy Rd for an MVC. 256, 255, C25 made the response along with Trooper4 and Medic 8. While enroute fireboard advised the subject was reported unconscious. Crews arrived to find a single vehicle vs. tree. Occupant was transported to area hospital. Scene turned over to DSP

MVC w/Entrapment - Rt 202 @ Powder Mill Rd.

On Thursday 3/22/18 @ 2210 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Multiple Patients. 256, 255, C-25 and A-11 made that response. While enroute incident was upgraded to a MVC w/entrapment adding ALS and Trooper 4 to response.Once onscene Talleyville Command requested 2 additional BLS to scene from Station 13 and an additional ALS Unit.

Rescue and BLS Assist Claymont - MVC/Entrapment

At 2049 hours Friday, March 9th Talleyville was alerted for a Rescue and BLS assist on Naamans Rd @ Society Drive. Rescue 25 and A-25 made that response. Once on scene the crews assisted with patient care and packaging of same for transport.
