Thomas P Looney

Tom joined the department as a juniour member in 1983. He was honored by the Delaware State Firefighters Association as Heroic Firefighter of the year  and was inducted to the Delaware Firefighters Hall of Fame in 2014. Tom has also held the positions of Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, and Engine Captain
