On 1/26/2021 at 1815, Station 25 was alerted to an MVC reported with entrapment at the intersection of Shipley Rd and Silverside Rd.  E256 was returning from a box alarm and responded from in front of Station 25 with a crew of 6.  R25 responded shortly after with a crew of 5. Talleyville command was established by 258C reporting two vehicle MVC, with one subject trapped.  Initial report on subject trapped was a trauma code, upgraded to trauma arrest.  Crews extricated victim in approximately 15 minutes.  Situation was placed under control at 1837 hrs. with one patient transported to Christiana Hospital and second patient transported to Wilmington Hospital.  Units responding were E256, R25, A-25, B-25, New Castle County Medic 4, New Castle County ALS 21 and Delaware State Police.
