MVC with Entrapment - Montchanin /Thompson Bridge Rd

At 1607 hours Talleyville was alerted with Cranston Heights BLS (A-14), Five Points BLS (B-17), and Medic 7 to a report of an MVC patient not alert at the intersection of Montchanin Road and Thompson Bridge Road. Initial reports indicated 3 patients. Rescue 25 and 25-6 made the response. The Jaws of Life were used to extricate one of the occupants in the pickup truck. The accident turned out to be a fatal due to internal injuries suffered during the collision. A-14, B-17 and B-11 along with Medic 4, Medic 8, and ALS 22 transported 3 trauma alerts to Christiana Hospital. Units cleared @ 1649 hours.
