Commercial Structure - Independence Mall on Route 202

On Saturday, 10/25/08 @ 0417 hours Talleyville was alerted to a Commercial Structure fire @ The Independence Mall on Route 202. Initial alarm sent 11,13,16, DelCo 66 and NCCEMS to the scene.257 on scene with heavy fire through the roof, center of complex requesting 2nd alarm. Upgraded to a 2nd Alarm @ 0427 hours bringing 17,16,14,23,DelCo 59, F100 and REHAB24 to the scene. 258 reports 4 handlines and one ladder pipe in service making progress @ 0442 hours.258 under control @ 0538 hours all units working.
