Commercial Structure Fire - Lone Star Steakhouse

Monday, March 15, 2010 Talleyville was dispatched along with Claymont Station 13 and Brandywine Hundred Station 11 for a Commercial Structure Fire at 307 Rocky Run Parkway, the Lone Star Steakhouse. While enroute 255 was advised by fireboard of additional calls reporting smoke coming from the building resulting in an upgrading to a working alarm. 255 was on-scene with smoke showing. The fire began in the duct work from the kitchen grill and spread to the roof but was contained to the kitchen area.The fire was under control in 45 minutes and the damage was estimated at $100,000.
