MVC - 202 @ I95

On 7/16/11 at 06:46 hrs Talleyville was dispatched to an MVC w/ Rollover on the ramp from 202 SB to 95 SB. Rescue 25, 25-6, and Ambulance C-25 made the response. C-25 was on scene confirming rollover with 1 patient trapped. Deputy 25 established Talleyville Command and crews went to work putting airbags in place to stabilize the car. Crews then removed both drivers’ side doors along with the B post to prepare an opening large enough to extricate the patient. Medic-8C stabilized and packaged the patient. Deputy 25 marked extrication at 07:31hrs. C-25 and Medic 8C transported 1 patient to Christiana ER. The ramp remained closed while the scene was turned over to Delaware State Police for investigation.
