At 1823 hours Talleyville was alerted to assist Claymont sta 13 on reports of an apartment fire in the 700block of Appletree ct. Caller statement was flames visible in a window. While responding a column was visible from the scene. Crews arrived to find the fire had spread to the roof and multiple apartments were on fire,
