Members Receive Firefighter of the Year - DVFA State Fire Chiefs Meeting

On September 12th the Talleyville crew responsible for saving the firefighters trapped during a mayday at the Weldin Road fire were recognized at the Delaware Volunteer Firefighters Association State Fire Chiefs meeting. The DVFA awarded Chief Tom Looney, Deputy Chief Jason Stiebel, Captain Tim Laird, and Firefighter Bobby Lynch with the Heroic Fireman of the Year award in recognition of their heroic actions that day.
